We generally meet you at your premises in the Ottawa area. Otherwise, if you provide us with accurate measurements, we could give you an initial estimate, which we would need to confirm before starting the project, by visiting your house, and making sure all measurements are accurate. This will save a lot of potential issues, as this guarantees that the estimate is done with our trained professionals and according to our suppliers needs.

Our trained professionals will do their best to give you an estimate that will be as close as possible to the final price, however much like any other service industry, the installers could run into unforeseen issues at your place, such as broken parts on a stair, or in the flooring, where they will ask you if you would like to repair these before finishing the installation, as these could become hazardous, and of course were covered under the carpet prior to the removal and impossible to forsee. So please keep in mind we work with the honor system, and we at all times, will do best effort to get your input on anything that could change the price of the project.
